These Terms of Purchase (the "Terms") govern your use of AudioToon (the "Platform"), operated by Mangatoon HK Limited ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please do not use the Platform if you do not agree.
The ownership of the content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, ideas, links and software) included in AudioToon is attributed to AudioToon and the providers of AudioToon content/information, and is protected by applicable copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
The reproduction of any content of AudioToon (including collection, combination and recombination) or any other form of use requires our prior written consent.
Ownership of all software used by AudioToon is attributed to us or our software providers. Any specific information of AudioToon can only be reproduced with our permission and the source shall be indicated.
• You can enjoy free episodes without an account. When you subscribe or buy a title without signing in, we create a guest account for you and keep it in this browser. A guest account and its purchases may be lost if you clear your browser data or use another device; we recommend signing in with Google (when available) to keep your purchases.
• You can sign in with your Google account. When you sign in while using a guest account, your guest purchases are linked to your Google account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Please tell us immediately at support@mangatoon.mobi if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
• What you get. An active subscription unlocks every episode of every audio story, novel and short drama on AudioToon for the subscription period. No coins or extra purchases are needed to unlock episodes, and there is no free trial. Available plans, prices, currencies and billing periods are shown before you pay.
• Payment. Subscriptions are processed by PayPal; single title purchases are processed by PayPal or Codapay (local payment methods such as e-wallets, bank transfer and convenience stores, where available). We do not receive or store your full card number, bank or e-wallet credentials, or PayPal password. Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms.
• Automatic renewal. You are charged the price of your plan when you subscribe. The subscription then renews automatically every week or every year (according to your plan) and you will be charged the plan price for each new period using your chosen payment method, until you cancel.
• Single title purchases. You can also buy an individual title for the one-time price shown before you pay. A purchase unlocks every episode of that title on AudioToon for your account and appears on the My Account page. It is not a subscription and is never renewed or charged again. Access to purchased titles is subject to the Availability clause below.
• Cancellation. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time on the My Account page (tap Cancel auto-renewal), by emailing support@mangatoon.mobi, or in your PayPal account for PayPal subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
• Billing questions. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support@mangatoon.mobi. If a payment is refunded or reversed, access granted by that payment may be removed.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Price changes apply from your next renewal after we notify you, and you can cancel before then.
• Availability. The catalogue of titles may change over time as licenses begin or end.
The information released by AudioToon users shall only be used for legitimate purposes, that is, to view information, consult online and communicate with users;
• Publishing deficient or false data in the released information is prohibited, and we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the services provided to users in the event of finding any violation of these Terms;
• All information released in AudioToon shall not violate applicable laws and regulations on Internet information security;
• The user who releases information shall be responsible for the content of such information and shall independently bear all the consequences and legal responsibilities arising therefrom;
• We have the right to manage, modify and delete the information released by users;
• Users are prohibited from using the information of AudioToon for other purposes without our authorization.
Respecting users' personal information is a basic policy of AudioToon. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
AudioToon is not intended for children under the age of 13. Parents or guardians are encouraged to instruct minors under the age of eighteen on the use of AudioToon, and minors should obtain the consent of their parents or guardians before purchasing a subscription or submitting personal information.
All intellectual property rights of software, technology, trademarks and materials used by AudioToon belong to us or our licensors.
• Users shall not modify, adapt or translate the software, technology or materials used in AudioToon services, or create derivative works related thereto; they shall not obtain the source code by reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or other similar behaviors.
• Users shall not copy, scrape, download in bulk, redistribute or otherwise make available the content of AudioToon, including episodes unlocked by a subscription or purchase, and shall not share their account to give others access to subscribed content.
• Users shall not delete, reveal or alter the copyright statements, trademarks or other rights statements of AudioToon.
• The intellectual property rights owned by us shall not be transferred because of any use by users.
• Users have the right to use the AudioToon account obtained legally and the services under the account, but only have the right to use the services; the ownership and intellectual property rights of the services belong to us.
• We cannot guarantee that the services are free of computer viruses or other harmful components, and to the extent permitted by law we shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages suffered thereby.
• In case of any dispute, risk or loss between users and any third party arising from a user's use of AudioToon, the user shall bear all responsibilities to the third party and indemnify us for any direct or indirect loss suffered thereby.
• We reserve the right to require users to bear liability if they violate these Terms and cause any loss to us.
• We have the right to determine whether users' behaviors meet the requirements of these Terms, and to suspend or terminate the account of a user who violates them (for example by sharing accounts, scraping content or committing payment fraud).
• We may modify, suspend or terminate the services in part or in whole.
• Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the services are provided "as is", and we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.
• We only guarantee the authenticity, legality and accuracy of the information released by ourselves and do not guarantee the authenticity, legality and accuracy of the information released by users.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
• We may modify these Terms if necessary. The modified Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and important changes will be prompted on the Platform.
• If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using the services and cancel your subscription. If you continue to use the services, you are deemed to accept the changes.
• The entry into force, performance and interpretation of these Terms and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the law of the People's Republic of China. If any part of these Terms is invalid, the validity of the other parts shall not be affected.
• Any dispute over these Terms or their implementation shall be settled through friendly consultation as far as possible; if the dispute cannot be solved through consultation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the Shanghai International Arbitration Center for arbitration in Shanghai in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final and legally binding on all parties.
