This policy explains how AudioToon subscriptions and single title purchases, operated by Mangatoon HK Limited, are billed and how to cancel subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Purchase.
• AudioToon subscriptions are automatically renewing. You are charged the plan price when you subscribe, and then again at the start of every new billing period until you cancel.
• Current plans:
• There is no free trial. A subscription unlocks every episode of every audio story, novel and short drama on AudioToon; no coins or extra purchases are needed to unlock episodes.
• You can also buy a single title for a one-time payment of US$2.99. A single title purchase unlocks every episode of that title only. It is not a subscription, does not renew and does not need to be cancelled.
• Subscriptions are processed by PayPal; single title purchases are processed by PayPal or Codapay. Local payment methods are charged in local currency at the price shown before you pay.
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time, in any of these ways:
Cancellation stops all future charges. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to subscribed content until then.
• If you believe you were charged in error, or you have a problem with your subscription or purchase, contact support@mangatoon.mobi with your order details. We review each request in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the payment processor you used.
• If a payment is refunded or reversed, access granted by that payment ends.
